We are seeking the appointment of a motivated fulltime Administration Person for our Singleton Service and Supply Centre.
Duties will include:
· Answering and directing calls
· General Office Duties
· Invoicing/Data Entry
· Customer orders
· Maintaining Customer Database
· Booking/maintaining employee inductions
The successful applicant will have demonstrated skills in organisation, prioritisation, and computer skills in word & excel and have a high level of interpersonal skills together with effective communication skills. Full training will be provided and excellent career opportunities exist.
