We are in search of a proactive and detail-orient Administrator to represent an globally recognised brand, voted as one of the TOP 5 "Best Places to Work" in the Property, Construction and Transport industry. You will be working in a close-knit, supportive team for one of their major clients. To be eligible to apply for this role you must be an Australian Citizen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the Facilities team, tackling a diverse array of administrative tasks including data entry, contractor assistance, financial processing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to expand beyond traditional administrative roles with a strong focus on customer service. Please note that this position provides coverage for a maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities:
- General facilities administration and data entry: filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and the preparation of correspondence
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of contract documentation, including manuals, plans, and meeting minutes
- Support with invoice and contractor management related tasks
- Raise purchase orders for related goods and services
- Scheduling work with vendors, requesting for quotation, submitting work permits and coordinating with building management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal staff and external visitors
