We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Services team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers and employment providers.
What you’ll do
Respond to queries and provide assistance to internal and external customers via email, phone, and online platforms
Assist in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate and conduct online training sessions for our Portals via Zoom or Teams, covering various topics related to our services and offerings
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, processing credits, organising returns, and scheduling appointments as needed
Support all promotional activity – Including Fit Out activities and Conferences

What will make you successful
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer needs
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team goals
