Our client, a global leader in the digital B2C streaming and technology business is looking for a casual Administrative Assistant to join their small office team located in Regents Park.
Due to an increase in business this is a newly appointed role and will be ongoing Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 8am to 4pm
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Run and format variety of reporting as required.
- Compile and send daily stock management reports
- Send weekly overview reports to management
- Respond to or escalate customer queries to Admin email group as required
- Collate business KPIs for further review.
- Provide back-up support to customer with regards to queries relating to order placement and delivery
- Respond to or escalate customer queries to Admin email group as required
- Answer phone calls from Clients and answer or escalate queries as required.
- Checking and validation of supplier invoices.
- Investigation of discrepancies
- Reporting to management team any findings.
- Assist with SOP administration and audit requirements
- Compilation of reports that enable Management team to effectively manage suppliers.
- Provide backup function as required.
- Provide reporting and analytical support.
- Strong time-management, documentation, reporting and planning skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
- Advanced Excel Skills
