We're a Toowoomba based financial planning business, providing high quality, strategic planning advice to our clients. While we're continuing to grow, many of our clients have been with us since our inception and we have a great relationship with them. We're offering an administrative role, with the ability to support the Adviser on a day-to-day basis. As part of a small team, we strive to provide a supportive environment, where we enjoy our job and each other.
Qualifications & experience
- Attention to detail
- Client service experience, with commitment to exceptional client service delivery
- Excellent written and oral communication, with strong numerical skills. Must be able to confidently phone clients and product providers to seek or confirm information
- Ability to multi-task, in a busy environment
- Strong time management skills
- Good understanding of office procedures, with experience in Microsoft office
- Keen to work as part of a supportive team and maintain a calm manner when presented with sometimes challenging or stressful situations
- Ability to problem solve, but also questions when guidance is needed
- Be capable of upholding high compliance standards
- Be a self starter, who is able to work independently
Tasks & responsibilities
- Attend client meetings as required
- Take appropriate meeting notes
- Prepare tea, coffee for clients
- Take ownership and proactively manage assigned responsibilities on behalf of the Principal Adviser
- Client liaison to support the Adviser
- Record tasks filenotes in client database
- Diary management for Financial Adviser
