Our client is a major motorcycle company based in Western Sydney. They are currently searching for an Administration - Accounts officer for their Head Office.
Administration Assistant - Accounts
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Accounts Payable functions
- Assist with Accounts Receivable functions as required
- Assist with maintenance of cash flow statement
- Support Administration Manager with Financial Reports and Projects as required
- Performing reconciliation of various General Ledger accounts.
- Assisting with Product Sales and Credit functions and queries as required
- Assist with preparation of financial budgets as required
- Assist with control of insurance claims
- Assist with preparation and lodgement of indirect tax returns.
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS statements to ATO
- Assist with internal and external compliances to regulations.
- Assist with telephone relief
- Other Ad Hoc Administration Duties
REPORTING STRUCTURE & COMMUNICATION
Reports to: Administration Manager
Internal communication: Company staff and management.
External communication: National dealer network, Auditors & Suppliers
MAIN TASKS
- Accounts Payable duties
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist Administration Manager with month end accounting reports.
- Inventory reconciliations
- End of month administration processes
- Assist other departments.
