Administration Assistant
AHT is well known as the industry specialist in delivering high quality communication and electrical services within sensitive and operational environments – specifically for healthcare and education facilities.
We are looking for a professional administrator to assist with administration of our office which is in Adelaide. The position will be full time.
The successful applicant will have the following qualities:
- Excellent written English skills
- Articulate
- Attention to detail
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude & team player
- Computer skills
- Confident with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good personal presentation
- Looking for long-term employment
- A working knowledge of SimPro would be advantageous.
Typical duties will include:
- Data entry in Microsoft Excel
- Checking and responding accurately to emails
- Liaising with all trade personnel
- Process subcontractor invoices
- Daily Invoicing
- Assist with fleet management
- Word processing
- Filing
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and those with experience in the electrical or construction industry will be looked upon favourably.
