We are seeking a confident, well-presented, friendly, and organised Receptionist for their team to assist with a range of tasks including greeting visitors, managing telephone enquiries, data entry, and supporting the team by providing general administrative assistance. This is a maximum term contract for 12 Months covering Maternity Leave.
The role is diverse and broad, and you will work closely with other members of the Operations Team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile, an outstanding telephone manner and enjoy providing excellent customer service. In addition, you must be an extremely organised individual who can demonstrate initiative and has a desire to learn.
Previous experience as a Receptionist is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new technology is a must.
