Administration Assistant (Back Up Accounts/Payroll)

This is a 4 day per week role with the flexibility of a 5th day as required.
Your role will include but not limited too:

• Transport coordination - inwards and outward deliveries
• Reception duties
• Invoicing
• Back up for Accounts/Payroll
• General administrative duties

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in Accounts and Payroll
• Advantageous is experience using Pronto
• Time management and strong organisational skills
