Our Wantirna South Campus is seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant (full time) to join our Secondary School team, commencing in May. You'll be the heartbeat of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while also stepping up to support our teaching staff with hands-on practical tasks.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Have excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide proactive support to teaching staff with practical needs such as event setup, catering, material preparation, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the photocopy room
- Have the ability to take initiative
- Are Health and Safety minded
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
- Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
