The Role
Due to growth, they are now seeking a motivated and dedicated Administration Assistant to assist with day-to-day administration duties. This is a full-time permanent position.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner and screening calls appropriately
- Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments, etc.
- Collecting the mail and sorting the mail
- Checking diaries for appointments and sending out reminder’s
- Setting up new client files and sorting through individually tax documents from clients
- Email management
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring reception and office is neat and tidy at all times
- Bubbly and polite personality
- Professionally presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Team player
- Motivated to learn and grow
