Job description
IPA are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist our Emerald client.
The successful applicant will be employed on a labour hire basis with IPA for the duration of the assignment.
The position is working part time hours, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in terms of work days and hours per day etc.
Working to support a department the position duties will be varied:
Responding to requests over the phone and via email
Data entry
Organising events, booking spaces, arranging catering, confirming attendance etc
Booking travel and accommodation
Assisting with collating of information for reports
Customer service (Internal and external)
Other general administrative support
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated administration and customer service experience.
