E H Westbury & Co are looking for a full time administration/receptionist to join our team. Professional and friendly attitude towards customers and staff members is required.
Working Hours: 38 Hour Week - No Weekend Work Required.
Wage will be set according to award, adjusted in consideration of your skills and experience.
Reception & Admin Duties:
Phone & Customer Service, Banking & Postage Requirements etc. Filling Gas Cylinders, Cutting Keys, Time Sheets, Recording Jobs, Preparing Jobs for the next day, Invoicing
Onsite training will be provided for the above.
Required Skills:
Prompt and reliable, Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), Communication skills, organised and tidy. Quickbooks knowledge would be useful but not required.
