About the role We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our highly regarded Financial Regulatory Services group in our Gadens’ Brisbane office. Working within one of the largest financial services regulatory practices in Brisbane, this role will provide a broad range of administrative assistance to a large team of Partners, Lawyers, Paralegals.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Preparation of documents and correspondence File maintenance – opening, closing and archiving files (electronic and physical filing) Diary management and secretarial/administrative support to authors in section Attending to telephone calls and enquiries (incoming and outgoing) Preparing bills, cheque requisitions and other accounts related matter General administration including photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, mail and courier management Monitoring routine matter processes and anticipating/prompting key actions Assisting with collation and distribution of reports About you
To be successful in this role, you will: be able to work full-time have administration experience in an office environment or relevant transferrable experience/skills have the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks, with great time management and prioritisation skills; be highly motivated with a can-do attitude and strong willingness to learn; have a customer-centric approach; have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills; and have excellent attention to detail.
