Aquinas College, Perth is a K-12 day and boarding Catholic school for boys in the Edmund Rice tradition with over 1,300 local, country and international boys. We have an innovative curriculum, outstanding facilities and dedicated teachers who genuinely care about their students.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Administration Assistant Inclusive Education, who demonstrates previous experience in a similar role with a commitment to service excellence and professionalism. The role forms part of an inclusive, supportive and high performing team, within a values based environment, reporting to the Director of Inclusive Education.
This position commences as soon as possible, working 45 weeks per year with salary spread over 52 weeks. Employment Conditions and Benefits

Selection Criteria
• Active support for the Edmund Rice Charism, Edmund Rice schooling, Catholic ethos and the College Mission;
• Delivery of an educational vision and purpose consistent with College Mission;• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office software packages and recent knowledge of Mac Applications;
• Previous experience working with medical terminology (desirable); Current secretarial and/or administration experience;
• Experience working with highly confidential information; Proficient use of SEQTA and synergetic is essential; and
• Use of ELO Professional 11, REACH and Consent2Go is desirable.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office software packages; Recent knowledge of Mac Applications;
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling harmonious and positive relationships with colleagues, students, parents/guardians;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to always deal with students and families in a warm, friendly manner Sound written and verbal communications skills;
• Sound time management and organisational skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
• Sound problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Position requirements
• Certificate III in Administration or equivalent. • Comply with all Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia Policy Statements.
• Comply with Aquinas College & EREA procedures and policies.
• Mandatory Reporting Training will need to be undertaken upon commencement of employment.
