Richards Harvesting and Haulage is a family owned and run business, based in Morwell. Our company's work is in plantation forests where we are contracted to harvest trees and transport logs to timber mills. We employ approximately 50 people across a variety of roles, including Heavy Machine Operators, Log Truck Drivers, Mechanics and Office staff. We work in multiple areas throughout Victoria and NSW.
Our office is a small team of friendly professionals who support the business in all aspects of the administration for harvesting and haulage. There is lots we do at the back end, related to paperwork, compliance and coordination of activities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys doing a variety of general administration and is keen to learn and develop.
Typical duties will include data entry, filing, copying/collating, customer service and using specialised systems specific to our industry.
To be successful you must:
- Have had some basic office administration experience*
- Be well organised and efficient, reliably following through on all tasks given
- Meet deadlines and be able to work quietly in a busy environment
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills - i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Be keen to learn and develop new skills
- Be focussed and professional

The hours of work will be 8.30am - 4.40pm, Monday to Friday (with a 30 minute lunch break).
