Due to company growth, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position is for an organised person who can work in an administrative team, manage workflow production and overall ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
Exposure to building plans or trade industry would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
The core objectives of this role include:
- Prepare job files
- Read and review electrical plans
- Maintain company database
- Issue compliance certificates
- Connections
- Timely invoicing
- General enquiry
- Stock orders
- Quality control
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to read and understand construction and electrical plans (preferred)
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong organisation
- Forward thinking and planning
- Good verbal and written skills
- Great communication skills
- Good prioritising
- Customer service skills
- Able to use Microsoft Suite, GMail
- Attention to detail
