We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is a busy all-rounder role with involvement in a wide range of general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders and preparing information for our production team
- Entering accounts payable
- Administrative and overflow support for goods inwards/dispatch activities
- Answering and directing phone and email enquiries
- General day to day administration tasks
- Providing support for the senior management team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong computer skills, previous experience with a sales or inventory management software will be advantageous
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A good eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
