Quality Aluminium Fabrications is looking for an administrator to join the team.
The Team
Quality Aluminium Fabrications is a manufacturer and installer of custom aluminium fences, gates and balustrades.
Our factory is based in Burleigh Heads servicing Northern NSW & Southeast QLD, where we fabricate and powder coat work which is then delivered to site for our multiple installation teams.
We pride ourselves on not only high-quality custom product, but on high quality customer service for both our larger commercial and smaller residential projects.
The Job
The role is to assist the Office manager with tasks, scheduling staff and confirming with clients, coordinating pickup and delivery of material, data entry, document verification.
The organisation has a general split of 70% commercial work running on either purchase orders or contract with progress claims, variation & retention and residential work requiring remaining payment only after job is complete.
The successful candidate will be required to schedule the upcoming with for the installation team and the project managers. They will also be required to assist in purchasing items for the upcoming projects and relay details of any issue pertaining to the jobs back to the project managers to resolve.
The Applicant
The successful applicate will have;
- Good computer skill.
- Quick learner with a strong eye for detail.
- Good communication is a must as will need to speak to a range of parties involved in the process.
- Be able to multi tasks.
- Administration experience of 1 year minimum.
