Servco Australia - Cairns has multiple brands within Cairns including Pacific Toyota, Pacific Hino and Lexus of Cairns. The business has grown rapidly since its establishment and currently employs over 170 people.
Our reconditioning team focuses on the intake of purchased vehicles and we recondition them ready for resale in our used car yards. This process can involve vehicle servicing through to detailing.

We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive mechanical administrative coordinator to join our growing reconditioning team.
Reporting to the reconditioning manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- General admin duties
- Incoming and outgoing mail/emails
- Scanning and filing documents
- General data entry
- Creating purchase and job cards
- Assist the workshop and transport managers as required
To be successful for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a reception/admin-based role
- Strong skills in Microsoft office
- General computer skills expected
- Phone customer service experience
- Current driver license
