About the Role
Team Global Express is currently seeking a lively, friendly, and driven individual eager to join our Administration Team on a Fixed Term Contract at our Toowoomba Location. This role offers you the opportunity to engage with our everyday customers and clients, addressing their concerns and providing quality outcomes and solutions. You'll handle customer interactions through the phone, email, and chat, ensuring every issue is resolved swiftly.
Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements
This is a Fixed Term Contract that will run until October. The successful candidate will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week in this role
Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
Utilise CRMs and tracking systems systems in order to track customer freight and resolve queries
Manage customer queries across multiple businesses within Team Global Express such as Palletised Express, Priority and IPEC
Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
Liaise frequently with on site staff and proactively build relationships with key operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests
Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritise tasks
Previous experience in logistics, including pallets and manifesting is advantageous
