Are you a motivated, organised, and Administration Assistant who has the willingness to learn new skills and wants to continuously develop and improve your capabilities?
PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven, and enthusiastic part-time Administration Assistant to join our growing logistics team in Bathurst NSW.
THE ROLE:
In this role you will provide the day-to-day support to the leadership team which includes but isn’t limited to;
Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records
Data entry
Maintain various reports and records for Senior Management
General office and administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU:
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
