This position is responsible for assisting the School Breakfast Program Manager with coordination and delivery of Foodbank WA’s School Breakfast Program state-wide.

0.4 FTE - 22.8 hours per week (3 days per week, 9am to 2.30pm)

Key responsibilities
- Assisting with SBP membership enquiries and registrations
- Providing phone/email support to SBP schools and prospective schools
- Assisting with quarterly remote order management and scheduling
- Assisting with school engagement activities (activities, communication, dissemination of resources, provision of advice)
- Assisting with web ordering system use and troubleshooting for schools and branches
- Assisting with Dynamics GP use and troubleshooting for branches
- Liaising with Foodbank WA business units (administration, finance, operations, brand, marketing) as required.
- Development of SBP policy & procedure documents
- Support of SBP front desk operations (Perth)
- Guidance for new SBP cardholders (Perth)
- Administrative support of regional branch SBP operations
- Assisting with Perth Airport School Fruit Van administration, communications and invoicing
- Assisting with SBP Volunteer Awards initiative
- Liaising with SBP service delivery partners
- Filing, record and data management (electronic and manual)
- Assisting with development of SBP case studies
- Assisting in preparing content for eDM’s / reports / marketing activity, etc
- Reviewing briefs and other correspondence
- Raising PO requests
- Assisting on acquitting budgeted work against contracts
- Tracking SBP freight costs as directed
- Assisting in credit card acquittals as directed
- Performs duties in accordance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity Legislation
- Participates in regular monthly organisational wide meetings including the Monthly Muster and Toolbox meetings
- Any other tasks, duties or specific assignments which may arise as directed by the NET or SBP Manager
Essential criteria
- Administration role experience
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office product suite
- C Class driver’s license and transportation.
- High level oral and written communication skills
