Stabilised Pavements of Australia Pty Limited is seeking an efficient and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a 6 month Maternity Leave contract
About the Role
- Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with data entry, document management, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and organisation of information.
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes when required.
- Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense claims, and reconciling accounts.
- Providing administrative support to the Stabilisation Admin team as needed.
Duties
- Responding to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing queries to the appropriate person or department.
- Inputting data into relevant systems accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Aiding in the processing of financial documents ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a tidy and well-organised office environment for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
