The Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Administration Assistant is responsible for delivering high quality customer focused support to enable the effective operation of the corporate site.
To ensure a high standard of delivery and support, this role is office-based 5 days a week with no work-from-home options.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and technical equipment as relevant to the position.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Demonstrate a flexible “can do” attitude and work well in a team environment.
- Organise daily workloads, be proactive and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and proficiency.
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
