An exciting newly created role opportunity has become available within our Campbellfield office. You will be able to provide various administrative services and ongoing support to help assist our VIC State Manager / Operations Team.

Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers via phone to schedule ongoing appointments, discuss small queries they may have and follow up outstanding payments if necessary
- Assist following up materials for various jobs and book in subcontractors when required
- Assist with weekly timesheet queries from our HR department
- Organise technician resources prior to their commencement or replacements and repairs - iPad, eftpos machines etc
- Process online finance applications (HUMM) and follow up any issues that may occur
- Communicating with other areas of the business including the dispatch team, operations, accounts and management as required
- Mailing and printing duties
- Act as additional Dispatch support when required
- Any adhoc tasks allocated by Service Today Management
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Google Suite (highly desirable)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines
- Good multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail coupled with impeccable data integrity
- Professional phone manner
- Personable, charismatic, resilient and driven personality
