The Role:
We are seeking a passionate individual from Castlemaine to join our team as a Legal Assistant. We are looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a caring and friendly nature, an open mind, initiative, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative support to the firms solicitors
- Managing and maintaining all administrative aspects of files
- Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
- Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be a team player and collaborate effectively with others
- Previous legal office experience is preferred but not essential
