About the Role
Joining our Corporate Secretarial Services team, you will have the opportunity to utilise your attention to detail and organisational skills to provide high level administrative and client service support to our Directors and Accountants.
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and will involve supporting multiple teams within our organisation. Some key tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Manage and action multiple email inboxes ensuring timely responses
• Communicate with Perks clients via phone and email to facilitate document collection and address non-technical enquiries
• Lodge income tax returns & tax lodgment extensions
• Liaise with ASIC to coordinate company set-up and client updates / changes
• Process client invoices in Xero
• Handle incoming mail, scanning and organising documents for efficient record keeping
• Attend internal meetings to take meeting minutes and coordinate actions
What you will bring to the Role
Your ability to deliver quality and accurate outcomes in a timely manner will be key to your success in this position. While training will be provided, essential skills and qualities we are seeking include:
• 1+ years experience in an administrative or customer service position
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Effective organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Team player, with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
• Completion of year 12.
• Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
