About Your Next OpportunityThe Administration Assistant/Receptionist will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements for our Disability Support Service teams from a front of house reception position. Operating in a busy environment, you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face of Devonfield to visitors whilst providing high quality administration support to our teams. The person will also provide administrative support by monitoring and responding to posts on Devonfield’s social media platforms during allocated hours of work.
This position may oversee and assist supported employees who work in the reception area with administrative and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities for this position are:
- Provide a professional and responsive receptionist service to clients and members of public over the counter, via telephone or from website enquiries.
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Disability Support Service teams and the office team.
- Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Board.
- Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Board.
- Perform data entry work into various office software systems as required.
- Provide guidance and support to people with disabilities working in the office.
- Execute data entry and administrative duties for the finance team.
- Other duties as negotiated with the CEO.
- Experience working in an office administration position with customer service responsibilities.
- Experience performing data entry work in a variety of business and client management software packages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in minute taking.
- Experience using social media platforms.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Well organised with good time management skills.
- Have and maintain a current driver's license.
All staff must have a current WWVP Registration with NDIS Endorsement, unrestricted drivers’ license and the ability to complete a work health assessment.
