ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Recovery Team, contributing to the efficient overall functioning of the team.
To facilitate the day to day administrative functions in the Recovery Team involving Workers Compensation, General Insurance, Claims & Litigation, Income Protection, and strategic projects.
The position holder is also required to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in handling enquiries from internal and external customers including face to face, phone calls and emails.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Demonstrated moderate to advanced skills in all Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to produce reports, letters, briefings, and minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Sound organisational skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
