We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at Spry Civil Construction. The role is being offered as a casual position working 5 days per week, 9:00am – 3:00pm (flexible hours) and could suit parents of school aged children.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls
- Accurate and timely data entry into appropriate systems
- Email correspondence
- Management of fleet spreadsheets
- Document management, scanning, saving and uploading of daily documents
- Conduct Inventory / stock control
- Ordering of stock when required
- Other administration duties as determined
- Ability to work autonomously
Essential Attributes:
- Minimum of 2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Xero
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational/time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Flexible attitude
