Hitec Welding is a well-known and respected fabricator in the oil and Gas industry who has completed large scale projects for major clients in the coal seam gas industry. We pride ourselves on producing high quality products and being able to respond quickly to our customer’s needs.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant that shares our vision and is willing to undertake general HR duties with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening jobs, and preparing information for our production team
- Answering and directing phone and email enquiries
- General administrative tasks
- Providing support to the team
- Prepare inductions for new employees and personnel
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Proficiency in MS office Suit
- Experience in general office administrative practices
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a current Australian Driver’s License
