As our teams and business expand, we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Star Family.
This part-time role requires 20-30 hours a week and is based at our Support Office in Brisbane. Working with our Venue support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating compliance documents with precision
- Monitoring supply levels and managing shortages
- Updating and organizing important documents and records
- Handling pick-up and delivery tasks as needed
About You:
- Preferably have a driver's license and a car
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
