As a newly created position, MASPRO is now seeking the services of a part-time Administration Assistant reporting to the Workshop Manager, supporting the Wetherill Park team.
About the Job
- Reception duties
- General Administration duties
- Purchasing of supplies and equipment, stationery supplies, groceries, cleaning supplies
- Running errands
- Assist with organising and setting up of Staff events
- Some Cleaning Duties
- Assist with record keeping WHS
- Assisting Workshop Manager and team
Hours will be part-time, Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (Flexible)
About You
As the successful candidate you are detailed, focused, with a positive and collaborative attitude. You have a passion for all things administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in an administration position
- Excellent communication skills– written and spoken English
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Driver's License
- Organisational skills and time management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Self-motivated with a positive “can do “attitude
