A day in the life at Prolux, you will:
- Provide a pleasant first point of contact for clients
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Complete various daily administrative tasks
- Data entry into various systems, ensuring accuracy
- Report creation and design
- Scheduling and booking jobs
- Maintain office/warehouse in a neat and welcoming manner
- Site visits to complete administration duties with on field team
- Confirm appointments with clients
- Management of social media content, engage with followers
- Assist with WHS compliance
- Work flexible hours in our office located in Slacks Creek QLD
Must haves
- Curious and open mindset - willingness to ask questions and learn
- Confident user of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF)
- Good computer literacy
- Interest in social media and Instagram
- Be genuinely interested in administration and office support
- Self-motivated, disciplined and sensible.
