As we continue to grow, we are seeking a multi-talented individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant / RTO Compliance Officer and Finance Clerk.
Position Overview: The Administration Assistant / RTO Compliance Officer / Finance Clerk will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting financial processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills to contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organising documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
RTO Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Registered Training Organization (RTO) standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of RTO compliance documentation, including student records, assessment materials, and training resources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Financial Administration:
- Support finance department in processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, compliance, and/or finance roles preferred.
- Knowledge of RTO compliance standards and regulations (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
