Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to $100,000 per annum

With a commitment to providing exceptional service, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is position does not require previous experience. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site 2 X days per week, 3 X days Office/WFH
• Attend prestart/employee liaison
• General Admin/Reporting
• Onboarding (Accommodation, PPE ETC)
• Booking Coal Board Medicals and Standard 11
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience within a Mining team highly regarded although, no prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Pleasant and professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills
