With a commitment to providing exceptional service, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is position does not require previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site 2 X days per week, 3 X days Office/WFH
- Attend prestart/employee liaison
- General Admin/Reporting
- Onboarding (Accommodation, PPE ETC)
- Booking Coal Board Medicals and Standard 11
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Experience within a Mining team highly regarded although, no prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Pleasant and professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills
