Where you'll have the chance to work alongside our three lovable office dogs.Our client is looking for someone to start immediately on a temporary full-time basis for 6 months with the potential to become permanent. Hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM with flexible working arrangements available.The roleYour duties will include, but aren't limited to:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Policy Updates & Reviews for Pay Increases
- Rostering, Terminations & Employee Exit Interviews
- Managing Timesheets
- NDIS Audits & Risk Assessments
- Minuting Meetings
- WHS Checks
- Managing the office
- Liase with IT
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Paid training programs and leadership management training
- Strong company culture
- Potential to become a permanent member of the team
