SalaryFox Personnel have a minimum of 3 clients seeking an experienced Part Time Admin/Reception roles, for an immediate start in Shepparton.
Depending on which role you are interested in, some of the responsibilities of these roles, include but are not limited to-
- Working in reception and also liasing with customers whilst looking after such tasks as Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Typing Documents
- Process Payroll, Answering phones and redirecting calls etc
- Postage and other general Reception duties
- Pallet logistics reconciliation
- Assist drivers with new computerised con note system
You will need to be friendly, switched on and show attention to detail and be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and ideally XERO
These PART TIME roles are as follows-
Mon- Wed - 8:30am - 5pm Aged Care
Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm Freight Company
Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm Food Packaging Company
