Diggers Shuttle Service is a large Passenger Transport Company based at Beresfield NSW. We are focused on delivering passenger transport logistics professional customer service to both Government and Private. Our success is due to our values driving our culture, our incredible staff and our passion for customer service. We seek a suitable Administration Assistant/Receptionist for our Beresfield office.
We work in a fast paced environment and you will need to have excellent organisational skills and phone manner with the ability to work within all stakeholders within the business and its community.
You will be the first point of call for our company on the phones as well as the face of the company in reception for walk in customers so you will need good personal presentation and communication skills.
We offer a long term opportunity for the right person once a probationary period is completed.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Answering of the Phones
- Organisation of Emails
- Collection of Mail
- Completing and depositing the banking
- Stationery Orders
- Invoicing
- Formulating documents using the Microsoft Office Package
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Package(not essential but willing to learn)
Essential Requirements
- Current Drivers Licence - P's and above
- Customer Service Experience
- Be reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity
- Ability to work well autonomously & as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Show initiative
