Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee vital administrative functions within the college, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, and report to the board.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold the college's values and ethos, fostering a nurturing and inclusive campus environment.
• Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes, including admissions, student services, and facilities management such as purchasing goods and assets services.
• Assist in strategic planning and budget management while supporting the accounting staff to oversee the financial operations such as payroll for the College.
• Coordinate and supervise staff activities, maintaining contracts in order.
• Foster positive relationships and harmonious interactions among staff, ensuring a supportive and cohesive workplace culture

Your Qualifications:

• Bring your wealth of experience in an administrative management roles within the educational sector or similar
• Showcase your outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, vital for driving success.
• Offer your knowledge with Xero or similar systems and budgeting management skills.
