We are currently looking for an energetic part time Administration Clerk to join our Administration team based in Croydon. Reporting to the Finance Director and Office Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for variety and challenge, working as part of our busy administration team.
The successful applicant will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks including;
- Processing of new and used vehicle sales deals across all brands;
- Liaising with Sales Managers and sales teams to ensure all manufacturer and legal requirements are met; and
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Director, Accountants and Office Manager.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to;
- Be able work in a fast paced and dynamic workplace;
- Be efficient and organised in your work;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills;
- Integrate well and work as part of a team;
- Have intermediate Microsoft office skills and ability to and interest in learning new systems; and
- Have a current, NSW Driver's licence.
- Prior experience in a Deal Processing administration role within a Dealership is preferred.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and organised individualwho has experience in Deal Processing in a heavyweight or high volume dealership to join our supportive organisation.
The position is part time, based at Croydon. No work from home available.
