Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone calls and emails.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their queries.
• Handle the preparation and submission of financial product applications.
• Coordinate communication with financial product providers and stakeholders.
• Support both the administration and client service teams.
• Assist in managing calendars effectively.
