- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone calls and emails.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their queries.
- Handle the preparation and submission of financial product applications.
- Coordinate communication with financial product providers and stakeholders.
- Support both the administration and client service teams.
