Administration Co-ordinator

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Administration Co-ordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone who is highly organised with a strong eye for detail to prepare and review critical company documents and tenders.
What you will be doing:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Business Development, Finance, Admin and Management teams.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist the Business Development team with preparing tender submissions
- Maintain tender database and timetable
- Identify, collate and review tender requirements and input into CRM
- Attendance and minute taking at weekly Business Development meetings
- Document and file management
- Maintain admin@inbox and internet enquires
- First point of contact for phone calls and office visits
- Order and maintenance of office supplies
- Maintain corporate uniform register, including order and distribution of uniforms
- Assist with maintaining corporate processes and policies
- Support as required to the finance and accounts teams
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the Management Team
Skills and experience you bring to the team:
- 5+ years experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders to manage critical deadlines
- Experience with a CRM (ie, SalesForce, Monday) desirable
- An eye for detail with the ability to review high level documentation with accuracy
- Experience in the construction industry with tendering support advantageous (not essential)
- Able to exercise confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Intermediate MS Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to use initiative and to think conceptually
