About the Role
We are seeking applications from motivated individuals to join our Health Information Services Team. This position is responsible for general clerical duties relating to the functions of Health Information Services ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information is maintained at all times. The role includes preparing and scanning of paper medical records into the digital medical record, and assisting with release of patient information in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.

Skills and Experience
- High level of customer service skills with previous experience in administration and reception.
- Excellent all-round IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook with previous experience with Clinical applications e.g. Patient Administration Systems and Digital/Electronic Medical records systems an advantage.
- Data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and to remain calm under pressure, and client focused.
- Initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take direction and work positively in a team environment.
