We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Manager to assist with the the day-to-day operations of our office and contribute to the smooth functioning of our business.
Position Overview
As the Admin Manager, your primary objective will be to implement systems that ensure the day-to-day running of the company is cohesive, time effective and proficient, whilst ensuring that daily staff needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the company's operations, including administration, project management, and client relations
- Provide guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Staff performance evaluations
- Planning and executing company events
- Creating & implementing growth
- Ensuring annual staff and company licensing and registrations are current
- Advertising and liaising with stakeholders via SEO
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Proven 6+ years in an administration role (management experience advantageous), preferably in the construction or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, with a commitment to compliance and quality assurance
