Job Summary:
The Administration Manager is responsible will work closely with local team, employees, contractors, and client. local team, employees, contractors, and clients. The position reports to the country Managing Director.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Interfaces with and coordinates activities between various departments and outside parties.
- Effectively maintains appointment schedules. Plans, schedules, and handles logistics for meetings, conferences (both web-based and on-site), and travel.
- Performs administrative and support duties within office of a sensitive and confidential manner
- Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.
- Review and ensure all internal and external Pinkerton business contracts comply with the company’s legal standards.
- Plan and provide direct support to embedded employees and interface with the Center of Excellence for their entire employee lifecycle.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
