We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing & administration to join our rapidly expanding group of stores. As a Marketing & Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. Based primarily at our Burleigh Heads location, you will handle various administrative tasks while assisting with the planning, development, & execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in administration and marketing roles preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the executive team.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand aesthetics, visual identity, and guidelines across all platforms.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating high-quality marketing content and activities, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Monitor and engage with our audience on social media platforms to promote brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and other marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the management of the company's online presence, including the website, social media, SEO, and listings.
- Research, order, track, distribute, and inventory promotional items for giveaways, managing vendor relationships.
