The Role
A unique opportunity for an experienced, creative Administration / Marketing assistant who is a logical thinker, a team player, and can effectively assist our Administration and Marketing Manager in coordinating and rolling out marketing promotions and strategies to showcase our company.
Duties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop campaign strategies, and create marketing materials.
- Assist in the creation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
- Help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide general administrative support to Business and the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Company and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and feedback received through various marketing channels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creative flare for design and copywriting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Canva
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro will be highly regarded
- Experienced in WordPress
- Understanding and/or able to quickly pick up the use of digital systems: Databases, Try booking, Digital Marketing Communications Apps, Video Editing
- An all-rounder marketer with a creative flare and a passion for everything marketing A go-getter, self-starter, and team player, that doesn’t leave a stone unturned.
- A multitasker with a key ability to priorities projects
- A passionate Administration person, who is looking to develop their Marketing skills in a company that will give them the opportunity to grow with the role and the business.
