This role is a hybrid working position with a mix of working from home and in-person with members of the Melbourne team.
About You
We are looking for a friendly and well organised person who can support various aspects of our marketing efforts. This role would be suitable for someone who enjoys being part of a team and has an interest in marketing.
This role is part-time and would suit someone who is looking to work either 3 full days per week or 4.5-5 hours per day over a 4 or 5 day week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the production and curation of resources, content and marketing material
- Assisting with promotional channels activities
- Assisting in the collation of marketing data
- Overseeing the GCI mailing list
- Overseeing the Marketing Team email inbox
We are looking for some one with the following skills and attributes:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enjoys working with and helping others
- Attention to detail
- Well spoken with a good phone manner
- Organised and efficient
- Willing to learn
- Reliable
